PROCLAMATION FROM EMPEROR 31 HUNTER JAMES:
TICOT shall produce three (3) Investitures annually.
Investiture 1 shall be produced by the Executive.
Investiture 2 shall be produced by the Emperor (Emprex) and the Imperial Crown Prince (Princet).
Investiture 3 shall be designated as Switch Night and shall be produced by the Empress (Emprex) and the Imperial Crown Princess (Princet).
PROCLAMATION FROM EMPRESS 31 MORGAN JAMES:
TICOT shall produce a minimum of two workshops annually.
One workshop must be geared towards individuals wishing to submit applications for Monarch (aka a “Wanna Be Workshop”) which outlines all current rules, regulations and expectations of Candidates, Monarchs and Titleholders.
One workshop must focus on protocol usage within TICOT and the ICS.
Other workshops will be at the discretion of the Executive and The College.
